· Assist the sales team to facilitate operational processes.
· Involved in handles all sales orders and the delivery processes.
· Coordination with the respective internal and external stakeholders.
· Ensure smooth order process flow from start to end and render full support to the Sales Team.
· Conclude contracts for customers including the proposal, negotiation, closing, and filing.
· Coordination and preparation of sales documentation.
· Coordination of order processing and scheduling between customers & internal stakeholders.
· Comply with the required workflow and documentation procedures as mandated in the Internal Control system.
· Provide administrative support to sales team e.g. quotation.
· Timely informs/reports to the sales team when receiving any queries about technical or quality issues.
· Other duties as assigned by sales team/ administrative team job
