HPGR main purpose in pellet feed applications is a combination of fines generation with a main emphasis of creating a high specific surface area increase.
HPGR before the ball mill or completely replace the ball mill is shown to improve the pelletization. (Less energy consumption, higher BSA, reducing the usage of bentonite, less noise pollution etc).
