Summary
- New pebble treatment technology: to create a new pebble crushing technology of AG mill, adopt the new technology of "scalping screen + HPGR -5mm closed circuit screening", strengthen the pebble crushing, completely solve the problem of pebble accumulation, greatly improve the capacity of AG mill, achieve the designed capacity, and can cope with the trend that the ore with higher hardness from Western Australia in the future.
- Achieved large-scale equipment, 1 &2 lines sharing 1 set of CLM240170 HPGR, the installed power is 3150Kw*2, the maximum throughput capacity of each HPGR can reach to 3500-4000t/h.
- Industrial test demonstration: carried out several process flow tests for the pebble, and completed the industrial test (Makeng Mining CLM200160 HPGR industrial test) demonstration, and finally determined the economical and reliable process and equipment selection and configuration.
